Adams was a second-round draft pick by the Packers in 2014 out of Fresno State, and eventaully turned into not only one of the franchise’s best wide receivers in history, but also one of the best pass-catchers in the entire NFL.

In his eight seasons, Adams recorded over 1,000 receiving yards in three of them. Not only that, but he made the Pro Bowl for five consecutive seasons from 2017-21 and was named to the All Pro First Team in 2020 and 2021.

Overall, Adams has caught 669-of-1,012 targets for 8,121 yards and 73 touchdowns.

This offseason, the Packers placed the franchise tag on Adams in hopes of negotiating a new deal. Adam’s agents confirmed to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport that Green Bay offered the wideout more money to remain with the team, but they said it was “lifelong dream to be with the Raiders.” Not only that, but he gets to reunite with former Fresno State teammate and quarterback Derek Carr.

Adams may be playing for the Raiders in 2022 and beyond, but he wanted to let the fans know that he appreciates them for their support over the years.
