From being a position coach with the Virginia Tech Hokies and Mississippi State Bulldogs to serving as the head coach of the Temple Owls, Indianapolis Colts (on an interim basis), Arizona Cardinals, and now the Buccaneers, Arians has done a little bit of everything throughout his career.

While it makes sense that he would move into a different role given his age and how long he’s been doing this, the move is still stunning for many. Tampa Bay is in position to keep on winning. The Buccaneers have a good roster and a quarterback who will certainly be in the Hall-of-Fame. Folks don’t tend to retire while they’re on top.
