Tiger Woods is looking to win The Masters for the sixth time of his career. Here is who is caddie is and how much he makes.

The third round of The Masters takes place on Saturday, Apr. 9, where golf legend Tiger Woods is looking to win the sixth green jacket of his career.

Woods is competing in the first competitive golf tournament since his car accident over a year ago, and he got off to a strong start on the first day. Entering Saturday, Woods is +1 over par and nine shots behind Scottie Scheffler for first-place.

Those watching the event are probably wondering who Woods’ caddie is and how much he makes.

Who is Tiger Woods’ caddie?

Woods’ caddie is Joe LaCava, who earned the position back in 2011.

LaCava previously worked for Fred Couples in the 1990s and 2000s and was on hand for 12 victories before the two parted ways. He then was the caddie for Dustin Johnson for four years until he joined Woods.

The duo of Woods and LaCava know what it’s like to win at The Masters, as they won the event at Augusta National in 2019, which was Woods’ fifth of his career.

Interesting to note that LaCava is seen to sport a New York Giants or New York Rangers shirt under his caddie bib, as he is a fan of both teams.

How much does Tiger Woods’ caddie make?

It is not known how much LaCava makes, since caddie earnings vary and they are not made public. Typically, caddies make around 10 percent of a golfer’s earnings, but that can vary from golfer to golfer. Considering how long LaCava has been on the bag for Tiger, it’s likely he is bringing in well north of six figures to be his caddie.
