In his guest appearance on the Curtain Call Podcast, he stated, “I can tell you that a team that has been to the World Series often recently, we caught them doing something almost similar. The Colorado Rockies were doing the exact same thing in 2018…They used to take a Theragun and bang it on their metal bench. They were doing the exact same thing.”
Kratz made his MLB debut in 2010 with the Pittsburgh Pirates and played for many teams throughout his career. He retired in 2020 with the Yankees, and he undoubtedly got a lot of direct exposure to different teams’ strategies in MLB.
