1. Houston Rockets (547 total dunks) — Christian Wood: 120 dunks

The 2021-22 Houston Rockets might have finished with the worst record in the league, but they finished with the most dunks in the NBA! It’s the first time that the Rockets have led the NBA in total dunks since 1999-00. (Who led the Rockets in dunks that season? Good ole Kelvin Cato with 114, and Steve Francis was second with 96.)

Christian Wood led the way for this year’s Rockets with 120 dunks and Kenyon Martin Jr. wasn’t far behind with 114, giving the Rockets two players in the top-15 total dunks list.

The Rockets were the other team besides the Hornets to have seven players with 30 or more dunks. Another Houston-Charlotte parallel: Christian Wood and Miles Bridges were the only two players in the NBA this season to have both 100+ dunks and 100+ 3-pointers. The exclusive 100-100 club!
