The go-home episode of Monday Night Raw before WrestleMania Backlash took place on May 2. Here is what the card looks like heading into the premium live event.

WrestleMania Backlash takes place this Sunday, May 8. With six days to go before the premium live event, WWE did not add any new matches to the card. But, there was one stipulation added to a match.

Edge and A.J. Styles are set to have a rematch this Sunday. But during the May 2 episode of Monday Night Raw, Styles faced off against Edge’s Judgment Day disciple Damian Priest. If he were to defeat Priest, then he would be barred from ringside at WrestleMania Backlash.

Styles defeated Priest in a good back-and-forth match. Edge attacked Styles and attempted to injure his WrestleMania Backlash opponent’s arm. But, Finn Balor made the save.

Other than that, there was not much else added to the WrestleMania Backlash card on this episode of Raw.

Will any matches still be added to WWE WrestleMania Backlash?

For those wondering if there are going to be any other matches added to the WrestleMania Backlash card, WWE has Friday Night SmackDown set for May 6. If not, there is always the possibility that the company announces additional matches on social media ahead of the premium live event.
