S Jaquiski Tartt

Fans may best remember Jaquiski Tartt from his unfortunate moment in the playoffs for the 49ers. He dropped an interception that would have likely sent San Francisco to the Super Bowl.

He’ll try to live that one down in 2022 but it probably won’t be with the 49ers. They sound content to move on from the 30-year-old.

SF may not want to bring Tartt back while they prioritize other players at the position but he’s a veteran who can still contribute in big ways for a contender. In 2021, Tartt had 66 tackles and five tackles for loss.

Tartt has started for the 49ers when healthy, though he has dealt with some injury issues over the years. He’d have to accept more of a support role if he did agree to come to the Packers. However, he’d be an affordable, productive, veteran option to bring into the secondary.
