The Preakness Stakes will be run in Baltimore on Saturday evening for everyone to enjoy.

The second leg of the Triple Crown will be run on Saturday evening, as Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland will be at the epicenter of the horse racing world for the Preakness Stakes.

While Kentucky Derby winner Rich Strike will not be running in the marquee horse racing event, there are still plenty of opportunities to make some money betting on these thoroughbreds. Rich Strike was a long shot to win the Kentucky Derby anyway, so there definitely is a chance for a horse with better odds to come out on top in the Preakness. Keep in mind Rich Strike was 80-1.

Here is what you need to know heading into the Preakness on Saturday evening.

Preakness Stakes 2022 start time
