5 free agency destinations for Aaron Judge: Seattle Mariners

The Mariners have been woefully underwhelming so far in 2022 after nearly breaking through in 2021 but falling just short of their first playoff appearance since 2001.

The talent in Seattle is undeniable and their farm system still ranks highly despite already promoting Julio Rodriguez and top pitching prospect George Kirby. The core of a young and potentially successful Mariners team is in the works. Now, they just need to add to it.

Seattle is certainly familiar with signing big-name Yankees at big-time prices (hello, Robinson Cano). But more than that, an outfield consisting of Aaron Judge, Julio Rodriguez and Jesse Winker would be one of the league’s best.

With Ty France already there, along with power-hitting third baseman Eugenio Suarez and a pitching staff led by Robbie Ray and George Kirby, Aaron Judge could be the missing piece to finally get the Mariners back to the promised land.
