WWE SummerSlam takes place Saturday, July 30 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn. Here are three reasons why you should attend the premium live event in person.

Normally, WWE holds its annual SummerSlam event in August. But this year, it will be held on Saturday, July 30, live from Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans.

The show will be headlined by the Last Man standing match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. There are other title matches, such as Liv Morgan vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Championship and Bianca Belair vs. Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship.

Given that there is still time before the event, you may be wondering if you should go to SummerSlam to see it in person. If you are on the fence, here are three reasons why you should see SummerSlam live.

3. Debut/returns

Given that SummerSlam is one of WWE’s biggest shows of the year, that means they do have some big things in store. When it comes to the event’s history, there have been plenty of moments where a star returns either from injury or time off.

The Undertaker in 1994. Shawn Michaels in 2002. Triple H and Rey Mysterio in 2007. Just last year, Becky Lynch and Brock Lesnar made their shocking returns at SummerSlam.

There is also the possibility that a star make their debut with WWE at a premium live event. Whether that is a star from another company or from NXT.

Catching a return or debut in person is always an exhilarating experience. Being in attendance while the crowd erupts in shock and glee is something that fans should witness because it is great.
