LIV Golf Bedminster purse: Payout by player, finishing position
Breaking down the LIV Golf Bedminster payout for the massive purse from the breakoff tour this week at Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey.
LIV Golf Bedminster offered fans the chance to see the third tournament of the new tour’s Invitational Series as they visited Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey for the week. And it was one of the newcomers who took the lead early in the 54-hole tournament and looked to hold on.
Formerly the named European Ryder Cup captain before his move to join LIV Golf, Henrik Stenson took control of the tournament in Bedminster. There truly weren’t any close challengers but several players were trying to make a run at him on Sunday and with hopes that they could get their share of the monster LIV Golf Bedminster payout and prize money on the line.
How much money are we talking? Let’s take a look at the payout for all 48 players in the field.

Every player, even the last-place finisher, taking home at least six figures (which you would have to finish inside the Top 20 on the PGA Tour this week at the Rocket Mortgage Classic to receive) speaks to the wild amount of money being thrown around by Greg Norman and LIV for these tournaments.
Still, that type of money makes it understandable why someone like Stenson, who has been relatively non-competitive on the PGA Tour for the past few years, would make the jump to LIV Golf. The same is true for many others as well but that doesn’t make the figures any less eye-popping.
LIV Golf team payout for Bedminster
While there isn’t team-by-team payout information, what we do know about the tournament is that it pays $5 million to the team portion while each foursome will split their share of the prize money. The winning team will get $3 million to divvy up among the four winning golfers while second place will receive $1.5 million that they will split four ways.
