Aaron Murray has been a consistent TV analyst presence in recent years but the former Georgia football star is heading to a new gig.

When you go through the passing record books for Georgia football, you’re going to see Aaron Murray quite a lot. He was a legend for the Bulldogs and, even though he was unable to end the National Championship drought himself, he’s still fondly remembered for his time in Athens.

Fans have been able to keep up with him — not including his cup of coffee with the Alliance of American Football — on television as he’s been a longtime analyst for CBS Sports Network and, occasionally, CBS proper as well. But now Murray has a new gig.

Don’t worry, though — he’ll still be analyzing college football. Just instead of CBS Sports Network, he’ll be diving fully into his Georgia Bulldogs roots as an analyst for SEC Network.

It’ll actually be a Dawgs party on the ESPN family of networks in the 2022 season too as former UGA offensive lineman and longtime analyst Matt Stinchcomb will also be on SEC Network with Murray while another former quarterback, Huston Mason, can be seen on ESPN2 and ESPNU.

You know all of the Tennessee, Florida and Alabama fans are going to just endlessly love getting to see Aaron Murray regularly on SEC Network, which probably just makes this new gig even sweeter for Georgia football fans to enjoy.

Murray has been strong with his analytical work since jumping into that world and Georgia fans will certainly enjoy seeing their guy on their screens for the foreseeable future, in addition to reveling in the vitriol it inspires in other fanbases.
