1. Arkansas vs. Mississippi State: The Southwestern Egg Roll Bowl

Arkansas and Mississippi State have plenty of rivalries in SEC Country. The Hogs play for the Golden Boot vs. LSU, thrive in Battle Line vs. Mizzou and have the savory Nutt Bowl with Ole Miss. Mississippi State faces the dog-peeing Rebels for the most sacred Egg Bowl. They also lose every year to Alabama in the 90-Mile Drive. Of course, Arkansas and Mississippi State play annually, too.

A rivalry 30 years in the making, it is time to give the one between the Hogs and the Bulldogs something to be proud of: The Southwestern Egg Roll Bowl. This rivalry game is sponsored by Chili’s, as it incorporates Arkansas’ past, as well as Mississippi State’s forever present and future. It will be the noon kickoff every season to serve as the perfect appetizer for … The Cocktail Party.

Since they need a neutral site for this annual affair, may I suggest to you the Liberty Bowl in Memphis? If it was good enough to let Christian Hackenberg throw ducks in the AAF, it is good enough for an emerging SEC rivalry game. This one is about football, but mostly about food, which is absolutely perfect for Arkansas and Mississippi State. The winner gets to celebrate at a Chili’s.
