While some argue he deserves a shot at Cooperstown, former MLB All-Star Kenny Lofton has been sued for allegedly exposing himself in the workplace.

Lofton, who owns an NFT company, was sued by a former employee who was abruptly fired after making a workplace complaint.

The employee claimed he wasn’t paid a single cent of his promised salary, and was let go shortly after making the issue known to said company’s legal team.

Per Brandyn Toney, said employee, a female coworker who monitored Lofton’s instagram account noticed the ex-MLB’er had sent sexually-explicit photos to various women in his direct messages.

"“Lofton and his executive team thought they could fire our client for objecting to obvious sexual misconduct and even thought they could get away with not paying him for his work,” Toney’s attorney, Ronald L. Zambrano, told TMZ Sports. “That speaks to the arrogance and dysfunction at play every day at Centerblock and Proxime.”"

Lofton played for 11 teams in his MLB career, making six All-Star teams and winning four gold gloves.

He had a career .299/.372/.423 slashline, and some even made the case Lofton should be in the Hall of Fame. However, that argument could dissipate quickly given the latest news.

We’ll have more on this story as it becomes available. Lofton’s legal team has yet to comment.
