The start of the new NFL season marks the start of new beginnings for many teams, but other affiliates will be launching new stuff as well.
NBC will be launching its new Sunday Night Football logo, which is much more simple than the previous one.
The new logo does away with the 3D-looking graphics and focuses on simplicity with a black background and text surrounded by the NBC and NFL logos.
The upcoming season is expected to be anything but simple with star players joining new teams and several rosters shifting.
New NBC Sunday Night Football logo ushers in exciting 2022 season
Several questions are coming into the 2022 season, and they’re about to get answered. The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams are coming back from a Super Bowl season, and both are expected to have good seasons again.
Tee Higgins, Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase are all expected to do extremely well again this season for the Bengals. According to ESPN, they’ll likely be over 9.5 wins this season and could potentially have one of the best offenses in the NFL.
The Rams are expected to do even better than the Bengals again this season. The Rams will begin their season against the Buffalo Bills, who went 11-6 last season and won the AFC East title over the New England Patriots.
Los Angeles gave quite a few contract extensions to their key players, so they’re guaranteed to come back. However, quarterback Matthew Stafford is reportedly still experiencing elbow soreness after playing through his injury last season. Head coach Sean McVay gives hope and told ESPN that his performance is comparable to when he’s healthy.
The season will begin Sunday and will be kicked off with a brand new logo, thanks to NBC.
