Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis released the perfect shirt to troll LSU even more.

Jordan Travis and the Florida State Seminoles now find themselves at 2-0 after upsetting the LSU Tigers in New Orleans over Labor Day Weekend.

It was a thrilling one-point victory to spoil Brian Kelly’s Bayou Bengals debut, but the Noles seem to be trending in the right direction under head coach Mike Norvell. Although they are on a bye this week, Florida State opens up ACC play with a very winnable one at division rival Louisville. Getting to bowl eligibility will help Norvell keep his job. In the meantime, Travis made an awesome shirt!

For the price of $24.23, you too can get yourself a shirt commemorating such a momentous occasion for FSU football over on Trav13.com. Travis will be splitting the proceeds from this shirt depicting him as a Tiger King (not that Tiger King…) with his entire starting offensive line from the LSU game. College football is never afraid to dip into pettiness, and that is why we love this sport.

No matter what happens the rest of the way for the Seminoles, we will always have this shirt.

Jordan Travis released the best shirt possible to troll LSU after upset victory

With this being Norvell’s third season at the helm, he needs to build off last year’s disappointing campaign and have this college football blue-blood back to playing in bowl games. Norvell had great success during his previous run in Memphis, but he has yet to achieve bowl eligibility in his run leading the Seminoles. Florida State has not had a winning season since Jimbo Fisher left…

The good news for Florida State is Travis and the boys are only four wins away from reaching that benchmark. Getting that win over LSU in New Orleans could be massive for the program. Should Louisville drop to 0-2 following a road loss to UCF on Friday night, Scott Satterfield’s tenure could be on life support by then. If Norvell hands the Cards a third-straight loss, that will be rough stuff.

Ultimately, all it takes in college sports is one unexpected victory for everything to change for the better. Florida State is a traditional power that will not be down forever, even if Florida, Miami and soon-to-be UCF will all be Power Five. With an extra week to prepare, it is all about Florida State taking care of business to start the season out 1-0 in ACC play with a big road win over Louisville.

For at least one more week, Florida State fans can relish in that they beat Kelly and LSU in NOLA.
