An LSU football fan casually wandered 10 yards onto the playing field while the Tigers took on the Southern Jaguars and it confused everyone.

For reasons unknown to anyone at this point, an LSU fan wandered onto the field during LSU’s game against Southern and just stood there with his hands on his hips until security came to get him.

It was a bizarre sequence that has to be seen to be believed.

So here, have a look:

College football has seen many a field rusher. But have you ever seen someone amble onto the field like that, without a care in the world? He looked like he was just getting a closer look at the action.

Security looked just as confused. They’re used to having to chase dudes around the field. Having a guy just walk out there must have been a weird situation for them too.

It was a less exciting game to watch than the Week 1 barnburner between LSU and Florida State but at least it was a victory for Tigers fans to enjoy.

LSU had no issues with Southern, who were utterly outmatched. Jayden Daniels had three touchdowns, completing 10-of-11 passes for 137 yards. Armoni Goodwin had two touchdown runs while Kayshon Boutte ripped off a run of 41 yards while adding five catches for 42 yards.

That fan may not be able to enjoy future LSU games after taking that stroll through the endzone, but he’ll always have the video.
