Canelo Alvarez and Gennadiy Golovkin complete their trilogy on Saturday night with a blockbuster bout and we have the purse for Canelo and GGG.

Despite the fact that Canelo Alvarez and Gennadiy Golovkin are entering the third fight in their trilogy between perhaps the two best middleweights in boxing history, there is still a score to settle. After all, the first fight ended in a draw while Alvarez won the second bout on a decision and points.

But now they’re set for Canelo vs GGG III on Saturday, Sept. 17 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in what should be a fascinating bout. It should also be highly profitable for both fighters.

The purses for each fighter stepping into the ring on Saturday night in Las Vegas has been reported, so how much is each of the two set to make for the end of the trilogy? Let’s take a look.

Canelo Alvarez purse: How much money will Canelo make vs GGG?

Per BoxingScene.com, Alvarez is set to net a cool $45 million for the fight with Golovkin on Saturday night. That total is also just the minimum purse that he will make for the bout as he will also receive a portion of the DAZN pay-per-view buys for the fight as well.

There are reports that, given the popularity of these fighters and the expected audience, that Alvarez could potentially clear $65 million comfortably when it’s all said and done.

Gennadiy Golovkin purse: How much money will GGG make vs Canelo?

GGG won’t see as much money as Alvarez for the fight but is also set to get a nice payday for his efforts.

Golovkin is reportedly set to make a minimum of $20 million for the fight on Saturday night and will also receive a portion of the PPV buys and ticket draw as well. He could well clear $40 million depending on the number of people that tune into the fight in Vegas.
