New York Jets defensive lineman Quinnen Williams got into an argument with his own coach on the sidelines during the team’s Week 3 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The New York Jets pulled off the comeback of all comebacks in Week 2, defeating the Cleveland Browns 31-30 after trailing 30-17 with less than two minutes remaining. In Week 3, they looked to defeat another team from Ohio in the Cincinnati Bengals.
During the first half, CBS cameras cut to the Jets sidelines, where the defenders were talking things over with the coaching staff. Then, defensive lineman Quinnen Williams and position coach Aaron Whitecotton getting into a screaming match, with the two having to be separated.

The Jets trailed the Bengals early after quarterback Joe Burrow connected on a 12-yard pass to running back Samaje Perine. While New York would cut the deficit to 7-6 on two made field goals by Greg Zuerlein, Cincinnati extended the lead on a 56-yard touchdown pass from Burrow to Tyler Boyd.
Entering the game, Williams had four total tackles, one quarterback hit, one defended pass, and 0.5 sacks through the first two weeks of the season.
In Week 3, the Jets are looking to bring up their first home game of the season. So far, the Jets are having trouble against the winless Bengals.
