The Golden State Warriors are reportedly taking “every legal course of action” to see how the video of Draymond Green punching Jordan Poole leaked, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne.

The Golden State Warriors are dealing with the fallout from the altercation between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole in practice. The Athletic first reported the news, and said that the team could take disciplinary action against Green.

But on Friday morning, TMZ obtained and released a video of the incident. The two players exchanged words during practice, with Green walking towards Poole. After the two were chest-to-chest, Poole shoved Green, who responded by punching him hard in the face. That caused nearly everyone present in practice to break things up.

According to a report from ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne and Adrian Wojnarowski, the Warriors are taking “every legal course of action” to find out how the video of the Green-Poole incident was obtained and made public.

Additionally, Shelburne and Wojnarowski report that the team is “aggressively investigating” both the incident and the leak of the video.

The release of the video came one day after general manager Bob Myers addressed the incident, where he revealed that Green had apologized to Poole and the team. Additionally, Myers said he did not envision Green missing any games as a result of a punishment.

“These things happen. Nobody likes it, we don’t condone it, but it happens,” Myers said, h/t ESPN’s Kendra Andrews. “Draymond apologized to the team. Jordan was there in the room. … As far as any suspension, punishment, fine, we will handle that internally.”

The Warriors are set to open up their season on Oct. 18 against the Los Angeles Lakers. They have two more preseason games remaining as of this writing.

When the report dropped on Wednesday, fans received a description of what happened. Less than two days later, there is no a video of what transpired. What happens to Green in terms of discipline remains to be seen.
