Cedric Tillman will be making his triumphant return to the vaunted Tennessee offense.

After missing the last several games with a high ankle sprain, Tennessee star wide receiver Cedric Tillman is returning to the Vols starting lineup vs. the rival Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday night.

While everybody is thrilled to have the best wide receiver back on the field for the No. 3 team in the nation, only Tillman has the potential to get EVERYBODY two free cookies at Moonshine Mountain Cookies stores in Knoxville on Monday. All he needs is two touchdown receptions from Heisman Trophy hopeful Hendon Hooker. Snickerdoodles have never tasted so scrumtrulescent.

May Tillman put together one helluva Cookie Monster performance over those rival Wildcats.

Win or lose, Cedric Tillman has the power to give Tennessee fans free cookies

We are looking at potentially the most beloved Tennessee wide receiver since Peerless Price. Cordarrelle Patterson may love Atlanta, but Tillman loves Knoxville and is hashtag blessed with the ability to give Vols fans some free cookies. This has been the best year of Tennessee football since 2007. If the Vols beat Kentucky, next week in Athens could be for the SEC East cookie jar.

While Kentucky is more than a worthy adversary, everybody knows either Georgia or Tennessee will win the SEC East this year and have the right to represent the division in Atlanta vs. someone like either Alabama or Ole Miss. Either way, even a stout defense like the one Mark Stoops has in Kentucky will have a hard time slowing down this vaunted Vols passing attack under Josh Heupel.

Although Tennessee needs to get better defensively in a hurry, the Volunteers have an offense that can hang with anybody’s. Most importantly, the long-suffering Tennessee fanbase has a team worth cheering about. There are no Butch Jones redundant cliches to ruin marginal success for everyone. This team is legit and it just got back arguably its most talented offensive playmaker.

A 50 burger at home might be enough points to ensure everyone in Knoxville they will get cookies.
