1. Packers sign Odell Beckham Jr.

Due to a torn ACL suffered in last season’s Super Bowl, Odell Beckham Jr. remains a free agent as we enter November. Yet, he has been making progress with his recovery, as he recently was cleared for all non-contact work.

Although there’s still more to be done, it’s clear that OBJ is heading in the right direction and should make a return to the field this campaign. Therefore, should Green Bay have him on its radar? I say yes.

After being traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Los Angeles Rams last season, Beckham Jr. showed that he is still capable of being an elite wide receiver. In eight regular-season games for the Rams, he had five touchdowns. He then followed that up with a spectacular playoff run, recording two touchdowns and 288 receiving yards in four games.

Now, can you imagine how amazing he’d perform with Rodgers as his quarterback? It’s truly a frightening duo for the rest of the league, and it could be exactly what helps Green Bay turn things around.

Yet, the major worry that comes with OBJ is his undetermined return date. Although he is aiming to get back into game action in mid-November, there are rumblings that he may not return until mid-December. Even if that holds true, he’s still a player that the Packers should make a run for given his immense skill.
