2. Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals (vs. CAR)

Tee Higgins will continue to operate as the WR1 for the Bengals high-octane passing attack while Ja’Marr Chase recovers from a multi-week injury. With the Bengals throwing the ball the fifth-most often in the league, Higgins and other Cincinnati weapons will continue to see sufficient volume for solid fantasy days.

One of those solid fantasy days will be in Week 9 when the Bengals take on the Carolina Panthers, who allow the 13th-most passing yards per game, and allow the 11th-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers. If Higgins can stay healthy, which has been an issue for him this year, he can have top-10 upside in Week 9.
