2023 NFL Draft: Top-10 picks loaded with WR talent

. DL. Arizona Cardinals. Bryan Bresee. 7. player. 32

The Arizona Cardinals came off their bye week and played host to the Seattle Seahawks this past weekend, as they look to beat their divisional opponent for the second time in three games. However, Geno Smith and company came to play, and in the end, the Cardinals’ defense had no answer.

That has been an issue all season long, which is why they should look to add Bryan Bresee from Clemson with the No. 7 overall pick in 2023. Bresee is widely considered a can’t-miss defensive tackle prospect, and the Cards need help up front.

Jacksonville Jaguars. Jaxon Smith-Njigba. 8. player. 52. . WR

It took a game against a bad Las Vegas Raiders to do so, but Trevor Lawrence looked like a No. 1 overall pick in the second half this past Sunday. He led the team to a comeback from a 17-0 deficit, and while the performance was solid, the franchise needs to see more of them for the pick to pay off.

Looking ahead, Jacksonville needs to add more talent around Lawrence, and they do so here by adding Jaxon Smith-Njigba at No. 8 overall. Smith-Njigba has dealt with some injury issues this season, but he is an outstanding NFL prospect and would help Lawrence in his development.
