Lamar Jackson Dark Horse No. 1: Dallas Cowboys

Say what? You got it—America’s Team. Lord knows Jerry Jones will do anything for a Super Bowl, and the fans in Big D feel the same way, if for no other reason but to troll Stephen A. Smith till the end of time. The reality is Dallas has been middle of the pick with Dak Prescott, and he’s not likely to change anytime soon. They need a fresh face with a new attitude. That’s where Jackson arrives.

Moreover, if Dallas is still able to retain Dan Quinn, he can work his magic with the defense while Jackson boosts the offense. Additionally, Dallas has been very good in the later rounds of the draft when finding players, so they can afford to take a big risk and add Jackson to the fold while moving on from Prescott.

The division isn’t a cakewalk, and by having Jackson, the odds of winning it consistently increase. What does Jerry Jones have to lose? You want stars; you want names; you want rings, get Jackson and allow him to thrive in Dallas. It couldn’t hurt.
