Here’s who will be performing in the halftime show of the CFP National Championship Game between the Georgia Bulldogs and TCU Horned Frogs.

The College Football Playoff National Championship Game has finally arrived. After New Year’s Eve, the world knew that it would be the Georgia Bulldogs or TCU Horned Frogs who would win the CFP National Championship.

College football’s biggest game of the year takes place on Monday, Jan. 9, live from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.

Georgia is looking to win the CFP National Championship for the second year in a row, as they won it last year by defeating the Alabama Crimson Tide. They were able to go undefeated throughout the regular-season, beat the LSU Tigers in the SEC Championship Game, and overcame a late 41-35 deficit to defeat the Ohio State Buckeyes 42-41 in the Peach Bowl.

As for TCU, they won every game besides the Big 12 Championship Game, but they were able to make it into the Playoff. They pulled off the biggest upset in College Football Playoff history by defeating the Michigan Wolverines 51-45 in the Fiesta Bowl.

With the game set to take place, there may be fans wondering if there will be a performance at halftime.

Who is the halftime show for the CFP National Championship Game?

There will not be a singular performer at halftime. It will be the marching bands of Georgia and TCU that will perform at halftime.

The performances by the marching bands can be viewed on the ESPN app.

Prior to the game, three-time Grammy Award winning a capella group Pentatonix will be performing the “Star-Spangled Banner.” The Chamber Choir of the Academy of Music and Performing Arts at Alexander Hamilton High School in Los Angeles, Calif. performed “America the Beautiful.”
