Senior Bowl 2023 date, time, location, and how to watch

The time for the 2023 Senior Bowl has come again as we start gearing up for the NFL Draft and here’s everything you need to know about the showcase.

While most people think about the NFL Draft preparations and only have the NFL Combine come to mind, the Senior Bowl is every bit as important. The by-invitation scouting showcase allows the best upperclassmen in the country to come together and show off their skills and talent in front of representatives from NFL teams. And now the 2023 Senior Bowl is here to show us new stars.

Just this past year, we saw Brock Purdy participate in the event. He may not have been a star but he became one after the San Francisco 49ers selected him with the last pick in the 2022 NFL Draft and he eventually became the starter. Purdy, of course, led the Niners to the NFC Championship Game.

So who will be the next Brock Purdy, the next Jalen Hurts, the next great player to come out of this event? You should have your eyes on it and we have everything you need to do so for the 2023 Senior Bowl.

Senior Bowl 2023 dates: When is the Senior Bowl?

We will see the game between the National and American teams played on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2023, which will be nationally televised. However, there will also be practices that will give us insight into the prospects throughout the week. Practices will be on Tuesday through Thursday starting at 11:30 a.m. local time and lasting until 4:00 p.m. local time.

Senior Bowl 2023 location: Where is the Senior Bowl?

The Senior Bowl has been hosted in Mobile, AL since 1951, just one year after its inception after the first year was held in Jacksonville, FL. As it has been for the previous two years, the game will be played at Hancock Whitney Stadium, the home field of the South Alabama Jaguars. Previously, it was held at Ladd-Peebles Stadium (also the previous home of USA) before the on-campus venue was opened.

How to watch the Senior Bowl 2023: TV Channel and live stream

The 2023 draft prospect showcase will be broadcast on Saturday on NFL Network and coverage of the all-important practices will be on NFL Network throughout the week as well. That means fans can log into NFL.com or the NFL app and watch the action, but may be required to enter a valid cable or satellite subscription.
