The Buffalo Bills quarterback clocks in at 16th on the all-time passing yards list with 18,397 yards in total, but merits consideration simply because he’s that good of a quarterback.

Josh Allen suffered this past season with his pick-prone play in the end zone and ultimately saw him team exit the postseason early in a lifeless loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

Allen should still remain a cornerstone piece of the Bills franchise as Buffalo continues to build around him. The Bills already traded for Stefon Diggs, who helped Allen soar to a career-high 4,500-plus passing yards in 2020 and his first Pro Bowl nomination.

Assuming Allen continues his ascending trajectory for many more years to come, he should easily surpass Kirk Cousins, Derek Carr, Jared Goff, and all the other mid-range quarterbacks who have more experience but not as much talent.

Again, it might take a while, but Allen is an early contender to surpass Brady’s ridiculously high passing yards and touchdowns totals in the future.
