“Now you’re just naming the best young quarterbacks in the league.” Why yes, yes we are.

Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes is already getting early Hall-of-Famer talks, and since he’s already on the G.O.A.T. path, he naturally has a high chance of breaking Brady’s records.

Like Josh Allen, Mahomes is still at a relatively early point in his career and ranks 13th on the all-time passing yards list with 24,241 yards. Unlike Allen, the 27-year-old is already heading to his third Super Bowl and arguably stands out as the most promising quarterback in the league, especially considering his elite coaching staff and sustainable future.

The Chiefs avoided a bullet by trading Tyreek Hill last offseason, and they’ll have 11 draft picks in 2023 to keep rebuilding their roster. Of all the other players at his position, Mahomes has one of the most stable environments in Kansas City and should continue flourishing under Andy Reid no matter who his wide receivers are.

Mahomes is currently averaging 303.0 passing yards per game in his career, throwing the ball at a much higher clip compared to Brady’s 264.1 yards per game.

He’s young, he’s hungry, and he’s coming for Brady.
