4. Buffalo Bills

Again, another obvious choice for a team that needs to find a way to get over the hump. Josh Allen is phenomenal, but as a unit, the Bills aren’t exactly a juggernaut from top to bottom.

They have excellent pieces like Stefon Diggs, Tre’Davious White, Tremaine Edmunds, Gabriel Davis, and even Von Miller for that matter. But their playoff loss to Cincinnati showed that this is still a flawed football team.

While it is great to hear that Damar Hamlin is recovering well and may wind up playing football again, his first priority needs to be his health, and it was so wonderful to see him at the Super Bowl healthy.

As it pertains to the Bills, they need to get in the trenches and build from there. They have the sizzle, but they need the substance.
