UFC 285 proved to be a wild night in Las Vegas, as plenty of highlights led up to two new champions being crowned in the featured bouts.

In the main event, Jon Jones became the UFC heavyweight champion after three years away from the Octagon. He submitted Ciryl Gane after about two minutes to claim the vacated title.

In the co-main event, Alexa Grasso pulled off a major upset by submitting Valentina Shevchenko to become the new UFC women’s flyweight champion.
