Jon Rahm major wins: Has Jon Rahm ever won The Masters?

Entering the final round of The Masters, Jon Rahm is in contention as he’s paired with 54-hole leader Brooks Koepka for the final round, trailing the lead by two strokes. But Rahm is trying to mark the 40th anniversary of one of his countrymen and heroes, Seve Ballesteros, donning the Green Jacket by winning one himself.

Rahm has been a force in the golfing world well prior to The Masters in 2023, ranked inside the Top 3 in the world for the better part of two years now, including several stints as the top-ranked player in the world. Now he’s trying to build the major championship resumé of someone with that talent and prowess.

But with him in contention at Augusta National Golf Club, people are wondering about Jon Rahm’s major wins and his record at The Masters and the other three major championships to this point. Allow us to inform you on the matter.

Has Jon Rahm ever won The Masters?

Update, April 9, 2023 – 7:30 p.m. ET – Jon Rahm is now a Masters champion, winning at Augusta in 2023.

Rahm hasdnever won The Masters in his career prior to 2023, failing to capture the Green Jacket in each of his previous six starts at Augusta National. However, despite not capturing a victory, the Spanish stalwart has a great history at the tournament, never finishing worse than T27 (which he’s oddly done twice) and finishing inside the Top 10 in the other four starts, including coming inside the Top 5 on two separate occasions.

Even prior to his win in 2023 at Augusta, Rahm did already have a major championship victory under his belt, winning the 2021 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines to capture his first. Entering the 2023 major season, that is his only major win, but he has come close on a number of occasions.
