Newspaper Rips Chicago Bears With Front Page Headline (Photo)

The Chicago Tribune put a picture of a downtrodden Marc Trestman on its front cover with the words ‘Lambeau Bleep’ atop.
The Chicago Bears are a woeful mess at this point and the Chicago Tribune isn’t pulling any punches. The front page of the Sports section was clearly fashioned by a bitter, witty Bears editor who plastered a picture of Bears coach Marc Trestman with an amusing, pun-tastic headline, as seen below.

The Bears took a big bleep at Lambeau Field, where the Green Bay Packers crushed them by a score 55-14 after taking a 42-0 lead at halftime. The loss plummeted the Bears to last place in the NFC North with a 3-6 record. Their playoff hopes all but dashed, the Bears must now pick up the pieces with few answers as to what is actually plaguing this team.
The Chicago Tribune may not have any answers either, but at least they have funny headlines to help get suffering Bears fans through the day.
The Bears host the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11 in an effort to at least climb from the division basement and back to a modicum of respectability. If they can do at least that, perhaps they can salvage some pride from what appears to be a lost season.
