If you were looking forward to Kevin Garnett: NBA coach, well you more than likely should not hold your breath

Tuesday was a pretty important day in the NBA, if for no other reason than everyone got to see a sight they never thought they would again and that’s Kevin Garnett back with the Minnesota Timberwolves. In a trade last week at the deadline, Garnett was dealt back to the NBA franchise where he made his name.

On Tuesday Garnett met with the media for the first time in Minnesota since his return and there were obviously a lot of questions that needed to be asked during this historic moment, not matter how ridiculous Garnett may have thought some of them were.

You see, with Garnett’s career obviously winding down here in the next few years, maybe even the next year, it’s only natural to wonder whether or not he will take the route of coach when he’s done with his on-the-court career. This was one of the questions that was asked and, well, it’s probably not going to happen.

This is actually kinda disappointing because you

know

that Kevin Garnett would be one of those entertaining coaches to watch on the sidelines during games and listen to in the timeout huddles with a close game on the line.

But, nonetheless, looks like coaching isn’t in the cards for him.
