Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles made a big move Tuesday trading their best player, LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills and his Wikipedia was hacked.

In an extreme turn of events, the Philadelphia Eagles traded their best player, running back LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills for linebacker Kiko Alonso. Of course, Eagles fans were pissed right away, which led to head coach Chip Kelly’s Wikipedia page getting hacked.

The page reads, “On March 3rd, 2015, he was officially diagnosed as being clinically insane.”

The quote has since been removed, obviously, but it was fun while it lasted.

The trade broke when Adam Schefter tweeted the report Tuesday evening and then Twitter blew up with the question, “Why did that just happen.”

Obviously it seems that Chip Kelly and the Eagles are dumping some high salaries as they already released veteran linebacker Trent Cole today after a deal couldn’t be reached.

LeSean McCoy has been huge for Philadelphia as the 26-year-old running back has moved up through the years as one of, if not the top back in the NFL. He rushed for 1,607 yards in 2013 and 1,319 in 2014 with 14 rushing touchdowns through the two seasons.

We’ll see if the Eagles are aiming to make a big acquisition during free agency. Running backs they could target include C.J. Spiller, DeMarco Murray, Reggie Bush among others or they could wait until the draft. Other big names the Eagles could look at includes top defensive free agent Ndamukong Suh and wide receiver Andre Johnson. We’ll see if Chip Kelly and the Eagles make more noise during this offseason or if they choose to contain cap space for the time being.
