Pac-12 Media Days are currently happening out west, and on Friday we got to hear from USC head coach Steve Sarkisian. Entering his second year as the head man of the program, many people are talking a potential run to the College Football Playoff for Sark and his talented squad of players.

However, his most notable quote on Friday didn’t really come from talking about those title aspirations or any specific players. No, the most notable quote from Sarkisian came when he seemed to take a shot at the reigning Pac-12 Champions.

When talking about the recruiting approach of the USC Football program, Sarkisian ripped out this little number.

No, he didn’t come out and call Oregon by name, but we can all pretty much figure out who he’s talking about. There’s not a doubt in anyone’s mind that he’s talking about none other than the Oregon Ducks.

Now this would have been a perfectly comment to make, if Oregon hadn’t personally owned Sarkisian since he debuted as a head coach in 2009. Dating back to his Washington days, Sark has really never been able to come close to getting the win. Granted, that was with Washington, but he doesn’t exactly have the room at the moment to be throwing jabs.

Nonetheless, we might have a nice little rivalry brewing in the Pac-12, which is never a bad thing.
