The NFC Championship is underway, which means the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers are four quarters away from reaching the Super Bowl.
As you would expect in a game of this magnitude, both sides have come out fired up, but one team had a quick start.
Matt Ryan marched the Atlanta Falcons down the field and hit pay dirt with a 46-yard touchdown pass to a wide open Julio Jones. Jones was a good five yards behind the closest defensive back and there was no stopping him once he was able to break free. It was the first touchdown of over 40-yards allowed by the 49ers pass defense this season.
