NCAA Tournament 2013: Sweet 16 TV Schedule
By Josh Sanchez
While the opening weekend of the 2013 NCAA Tournament may not have been as epic as years in the past, we had our fair share of stunning upsets and buzzer beaters that lived up to our expectations of March Madness. The opening weekend concluded with the Sweet 16 being finalized and for the first time in NCAA three double-digit seeds made the cut.
The three double-digit seeds that advanced were No. 12 Oregon, No. 13 La Salle and No. 15 Florida Gulf Coast. It was the first time in NCAA history that a No. 15 seed advanced to the Sweet 16 round.
Three No. 1 seeds advanced to the Sweet 16, with Gonzaga being the only top seed to lose.
With the Sweet 16 set, we can now look forward to the schedule of games that will begin on Thursday, March 28, and continue on Friday, March 29. What match ups will take place on what date and at what time?
