Well folks – the time has come. In just under an hour, the NFL season (sans Opening Night) will kick off and the next five months are going to be football heaven.

Thankfully, with over a week to recover since the preseason concluded, injuries are at a relative minimum so many star players will be on the field.

Make sure you check your fantasy football lineup so you don’t get stuck with an inactive player on your roster – nothing more aggravating than that.

Below are the inactive players for the Seattle Seahawks – Carolina Panthers game, which is scheduled for a 1 p.m. kickoff.

Seattle Seahawks:

CB Brandon Browner, LB John Lotulelei, DE Chris Clemons, T Michael Bowie, T Alvin Bailey, and DT Jordan Hill

Carolina Panthers:

WR Domenik Hixon (hamstring), G Amini Silatolu (hamstring), SS Mike Mitchell (calf), RB Kenjon Barner (foot), CB James Dockery, C Brian Folkerts, and DE Wes Horton

The Seahawks are a bit banged up, especially on defense, though outside of individual defensive player leagues, you won’t find any significant names missing. For the Panthers, Hixon could be on a few very deep rosters, but it’s quiet other than that.
