San Francisco 49ers’ Anthony Dixon calls Seattle Seahawks, ‘She-Hawks’

San Francisco 49ers backup running back Anthony Dixon is one of the more active athletes on Twitter. Today was no different, when Dixon decided to spark a war of words between himself and the Seattle Seahawks, referring to the division rival as the ‘She-Hawks’.
Dixon tweeted the following, which has since been deleted:
"“Extra weight on the racks all week getting less sleep preparing for these She-Hawks I love hostile environments Imma feel right at home…”"
Seeing the tweet, Dixon’s former college teammate and current Seattle Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright hit him back with the following:
"“lol the she hawks!! I’ll be sure relay the message to the fellas.. Its gone be a long night for you and the forty whiners.”"
That tweet too went by the virtual wayside just moments after it was sent out, though, the damage has already been done for the public relations department.
In all sincerity though, both players seemed to just be having a bit of back and forth in anticipation of their vaulted match-up this Sunday night.
