There isn’t an offensive coordinator in the league who isn’t aware of Washington Redskins Pro Bowl linebacker Ryan Kerrigan, but the same can’t be said for Redskin faithful.

The talented defender decided to go ‘undercover’ as ‘Marty’ at a local Modell’s department store in the greater D.C. area recently and hilarity ensued.

Kerrigan introduces himself to a high school football coach, then proceeds to ask him what it would take to be a good receiver. He’s of course told he needs good hands, which leads to an awkward though funny passing scenario. Moments later, Kerrigan, holding his own jersey t-shirt, walks up to a lady attempting to buy a Robert Griffin jersey, suggesting that it’s one of the best selling in the league. Kerrigan, looking at his ‘jersey’ agrees before she corrects him and informs him she was speaking about RGIII.

My favorite part though is when Kerrigan asks some unsuspecting shopper if he’s a Redskins fan, to which he agrees. But when asked about his favorite player, well, you’ll just have to watch.

It’s certainly worth a few minutes of your day.

Great acting job by Kerrigan as well.
