Although Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice said earlier in the week that he wanted and was hopeful to play in Week Four, Rice admitted that he’ll be a true game-time decision this week and his status won’t be determined until after he goes through warmups.

Per Matt Zenitz:

"Ray Rice said the week went “as expected” for him and that whether he plays Sunday will be dependent on how he feels during warmups"

Both Rice and head coach John Harbaugh have suggested they’re hopeful Rice will see the field, but it’s sounding extremely likely we won’t know until an hour or so before kickoff.

Rice and the Ravens will take on the Buffalo Bills this weekend and Bernard Pierce will take over the starting duties if Rice is unable to go. One would figure, even if Rice does play, Pierce will still see significant snaps as I highly doubt the Ravens will throw Rice back into the fire with a full workload coming off the injury.

If he does not play, his status for Week Five remains unknown.
