The New York Jets are beating the Atlanta Falcons 17-7 in the Georgia Dome. Can you believe it? Even more impressive and out of the ordinary is Geno Smith’s performance. Smith has completed 8 of 9 passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns.

One of those two touchdowns was a 20 yard pass to tight end Jeff Cumberland. So what do you do when you’re in Atlanta and you score a touchdown?

The Dirty Bird dance of course.

Deadspin

The Jets might want to hold off on being too cocky, too early. This is a team that went to the NFC Championship game last year and is capable of turning it on. Not to mention that Geno Smith can turn it off at a moments notice as well.

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is having a great game as well. He has competed 18 of 21 passes for 154 yards and a touchdown. This could be a great second half as the Falcons try to climb back into the game, I don’t know that anyone thought this would be as good of a game as it has been.
