Word came down yesterday that Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Leon Hall is out for the year with a a torn Achilles tendon. It was a devastating oss for a team that beelieves it’s a Super Bowl contender, and Hall in the lineup, they certainly appeared to be.

Losing him is tough on the field, but the emotional reaction his teammates had when they saw their fallen teammate and learned they wouldn’t get to to play alongside him again this year showed how much his teammates truly liked him:

"Adam Jones broke down and wept when he saw what happened to Leon Hall early in Sunday’s game in Detroit. Then he saw fellow cornerback Terence Newman crying and it got even worse.“I lost my (stuff),” Jones admitted Monday.“I know me and T-New were looking at each other and we were like literally, tears were coming down our eyes. And he was like, ‘Man, we’ve got to get it together.’ But it kind of shook me the first two plays, I was like ‘Oh my God.’ But you’ve got to move on.”"
