Carolina Panthers’ Steve Smith is still ripping Rams Janoris Jenkins

It’s been four days since Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith ripped into St. Louis Rams defensive back, Janoris Jenkins. The young defensive back and veteran wide receiver were seen jawing all afternoon long in their Sunday afternoon contest, though things eventually boiled over in the second half when Smith beat Jenkins for a touchdown.

Smith proceeded to mock Deion Sanders‘ famed dance, a clear shot at Jenkins who has suggested he’s the next Sanders. The dancing wasn’t where the festivities ended though as Smith blasted Jenkins in the post game media comments, suggesting that Jenkins needed Google to trash talk and that ‘when a dog urinates on the carpet, you rub it in his face’.

Apparently, despite the verbal jabs, Smith hasn’t had enough as he blasted Jenkins and the Rams’ defense on WFAZ:

"“It wasn’t just him, it was other guys on that defense that was saying it. And just to go to that extent.“I talk mess and I love talking mess and that’s part of the game. But I would never walk up to a guy — first of all I don’t really know outside of watching him on video — and Google his wife’s name and her birthday and call her outside of her name and call that in the jest of sportsmanship or gamesmanship.”"

That wasn’t even the worst of it as Smith randomly ended the interview suggesting that Jenkins needs to wear condoms:

"“It sounds like he needs to wear some condoms,” Smith said. “That’s what it sounds like he needs to wear.”"
