There are few social media accounts more entertaining than that of the Atlanta Hawks.

No matter if you’re a fan of  the team or not, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t follow them on Twitter considering the gems you’ll often come across.

From declining invites to share nude photos to mocking the Portland Trail Blazers, the Hawks’ Twitter is among the best in the NBA which they showed in a recent jab at ESPN reporter, Darren Rovell.

Rovell is a bit of an enigma. You either like him or you don’t. He can certainly come off a bit abrasive and his desire to see the business side of everything in sports can at times be nauseating, which is why so many have found issue with him.

Case in point, a recent tweet from Rovell mocking the Atlanta Hawks for celebrating Kyle Korver’s consecutive games with a three-pointer made.

It really wasn’t anything that needed to be mentioned, rather, it was just Rovell bashing the Hawks needlessly.

The team of course didn’t take too kindly to such, so they dropped a little nugget of their own:

Somebody might need some new pants, since they just got burnt.
