Denver liquor store sign: ‘Russell Wilson drinks free on ladies night’

We’ve seen both Denver and Seattle rally around their teams in various ways. The Denver airport changed all the signs for flights to Omaha to include an exclamation point in honor of quarterback Peyton Manning’s audible call at the line of scrimmage.
One particular Denver area liquor store has particularly engaged in a bit of trash talk this postseason. Before the AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots, they posted a sign that read “Tom Brady drinks appletinis.” They followed that up by taking a shot at Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman after the Super Bowl opponents were set, and now they’ve set their sights on quarterback Russell Wilson. This one reads “Russell Wilson drinks free on ladies night.”
