The St. Louis Rams appear committed to quarterback Sam Bradford and given they hold the second overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, there have been rumors they may look to move out of that spot.

But head coach Jeff Fisher says the Rams have not had talks about trading the pick with any team, though did hint possible talks could be coming.

"Speaking to reporters at this week’s owners meeting in Orlando, St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher made it clear that any potential trade involving his team’s No. 2 overall pick this year isn’t likely to come to fruition in advance of May’s draft.“(We have) not really had any discussion with anybody, but that doesn’t mean to say we won’t,” Fisher said."

Of course, this all becomes semantics as it’s difficult to believe the Rams haven’t entertained the idea of trading the second overall pick with another team. Maybe the talks didn’t fully develop into detailed trade discussions, but you’d have to think at least one team has called them on it given we’re just a month and a half shy of the big date.
