It’s been an impressive few years at the helm for Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and at only 25-years-of-age, there’s plenty of room to grow.

How far? Well, if Wilson has his way, it’ll accumulate with him being named the greatest quarterback of all-time.

Yes, certainly a lofty goal but one that Wilson feels is obtainable.

"Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson’s celebrity has taken off since winning the Super Bowl. But he’s clearly not satisfied with claiming one title so early in his NFL career.Wilson has a big goal in mind: Be the greatest quarterback in NFL history.“Why can’t I be the best quarterback to ever play the game one day?’ Wilson said. “I’m not right now. I’ve got a long way to go. But one day, you know?”"

Wilson isn’t the most skilled or athletically gifted quarterback we’ve ever seen, but that doesn’t necessarily equate greatness either.

It’s not as if Peyton Manning, Joe Montana or Dan Marino would challenge Michael Vick in a sprint, so athletic ability only goes so far.

There’s no doubt it seems like a bit of a long shot to even think Wilson would find his name in discussion for the greatest ever, but he appears determined to make it happen.

So far, so good.
