USA soccer team responds to LeBron James opting out

After news surfaced this morning that Miami Heat star LeBron James will be opting out of his contract and becoming an unrestricted free agent yet again, everyone and their mother had a reaction to the news.

From reporters to fans to fellow players, everyone wanted to share their thoughts on where LeBron could play next.
Among the favorites mentioned are the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Chicago Bulls and Heat, but there was another sports team that is as popular as ever that had some thoughts on LeBron’s decision to become a free agent.
Enter the United States men’s national team.
The USMNT jokingly took to Twitter to offer LeBron a spot on the team, along with a graphic of his name and No. 6 on the back of one of the “bomb pop” kits the team is wearing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

LeBron would be as great of a target as anyone on set pieces, but alas, this is all just a pipe dream.
